Senior/Junior Tax Reviewer

Join our US Tax team as a Senior Tax Reviewer. In this role, you will review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns, ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations, identify tax-saving opportunities, and manage the tax return review process. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of US taxation and extensive experience reviewing complex tax returns.

Tax Preparers

Prepare accurate individual and business tax returns, review client documentation, identify missing information, and ensure compliance with IRS regulations. Ideal candidates have strong US tax preparation expertise and the ability to manage tax engagements independently.

Tax Administrative Assistant

Assist the US Tax team with administrative tasks, document management, and client coordination. Support organizing tax records and handling basic US tax forms and return requirements. Requires strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review U.S. tax returns prepared by tax associates and preparers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Review and analyze the following tax returns:
    • Form 1040 – Individual Income Tax Returns
    • Form 1120 – C Corporation Tax Returns
    • Form 1120S – S Corporation Tax Returns
    • Form 1065 – Partnership Tax Returns
    • Form 1041 – Trust & Estate Tax Returns
  • Identify errors, omissions, and compliance risks in tax returns and supporting work papers.
  • Provide detailed review comments and feedback to preparers.
  • Identify tax-saving opportunities and recommend value-added tax strategies for clients.
  • Manage end-to-end tax return workflows, including review schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure quality control standards are maintained across all tax engagements.
  • Research and resolve complex federal and state tax issues.
  • Stay updated on changes in U.S. tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 3–10+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. taxation.
  • Strong experience reviewing Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1041.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience reviewing tax returns and managing return workflows.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state tax regulations.
  • Proven ability to identify tax planning and tax-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare U.S. tax returns accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Review prior-year tax returns and supporting documentation.
  • Analyze client-provided information and identify missing or inconsistent data.
  • Work with PBC (Prepared By Client) documents and financial records.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to obtain required information.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state tax regulations.
  • Maintain proper workpapers and supporting documentation for tax return preparation.
  • Address review comments and resolve tax-related queries from reviewers.
1. Business Tax Preparer Responsibilities

2. Individual Tax Preparer Responsibilities
  • Form 1040 – Individual Income Tax Returns
Required Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years of U.S. tax preparation experience.
  • Experience preparing individual and/or business tax returns.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. federal tax regulations.
  • Ability to review supporting documents and identify discrepancies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tax returns and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • EA (Enrolled Agent) certification preferred.
  • CPA or CA qualification is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with U.S. CPA firms, accounting firms, or tax consulting organizations.
  • Exposure to tax software and tax workflow management tools.
